Our JRSO officers were delighted to launch our ‘Shoot to Saturn’ campaign at a recent assembly.<\/p>\n

Similar to last year’s ‘Journey to Jupiter’, Loanhead are taking part in ‘Shoot to Saturn’. Children earn one s-mile for walking to school and one for walking home (or cycling, scooting, parking & striding etc), with bonus s-miles earned if an adult accompanies them on their journey to and from school.<\/p>\n

Bonus S-Miles can also be earned by children making an active journey at the weekend, or completing the daily mile in school.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Our JRSO officers will be responsible for collecting the number of s-miles earned across the school every Friday, with regular updates on the school’s progress being shared at assemblies.<\/p>\n

Look out for our poster on the gates next to the office.<\/p>\n
