Athletics and Scottish Disability Sport: Come and Try Event"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Scottish Athletics and Scottish Disability Sport would like to invite people with disabilities to take part in their Athletics &#8211; Come and Try Festival at Ayrshire Athletics Arena on Saturday 19th June.\u00a0 The festival will have opportunities for all abilities to try and activities on both the track and filed.\u00a0 There will be support from athletics clubs, coaches and volunteers.\u00a0 Activities on the day will include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Track &#8211; Running, Racing Wheelchair, Frame Running<\/li>\n<li>Throws &#8211; Shot Putt, Javelin, Discus, Club<\/li>\n<li>Jumps &#8211; Long jump, Standing Long Jump, Long Push<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Covid restrictions will be adhered to at the
