Your spelling words are in your jotter.
Copy each word three times, then write a full sentence for each one (keeping in mind your learning targets).
Our class poetry competitions will be held next week. Keep working hard on practising your poems! Here are a few tips to remember –
- Stand up tall and straight.
- Head up – don’t look at the floor.
- Use expression in your voice – it will make your poem sound so much more interesting!
- Say the title of the poem and the poet before you start.
- Use actions and feel free to bring in props!
