We have been researching some of the names found on our school WW2 memorial board using the Commonwealth War Graves Commission website.<\/p>\n

This activity has allowed us to give more context to Remembrance Day and work as detectives to find out more information about the names on the board that we walk past every day.<\/p>\n

Next time, we’ll all pause a moment and remember the sacrifices made by these men from our village.<\/p>\n
