Today we learned about the structure of a limerick!<\/p>\n

A limerick is a funny poem where lines 1, 2 and 5 all rhyme and lines 3 and 4 rhyme.\u00a0 The poems should also have a natural flow and bounce using a beat.<\/p>\n

Mrs Clarke was very impressed with some of our limericks, we wrote them on spooky gravestones as epitaphs for Halloween characters!<\/p>\n
