On Friday we had an Author visit from David Flannigan who wrote ‘Uncle Pete and his undersea Adventure’. We read the first chapter of the book before we went to get an idea of what it was about. We really loved the characters and the silly inventions right from the start! 

We also were joined by Kirkcowan and had a book sharing session in the afternoon. We took our favourite book and discussed this with others around us to try and get them interested in trying it for themselves. I think we all found a new author or book that we would like to try now!
