A list of steps for how this can happen is laid out below.\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" \/><\/p>\n<p id=\"i-have-the-right-to-an-education-which-develops-my-personality-r\" class=\"align-self-center p-2 text-center\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000\">I have the right to an education which develops my personality, respect for others\u2019 rights and the environment<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Article 29\u00a0of the UNCRC says that a child or young person\u2019s education should help their mind, body and talents be the best they can. It should also build their respect for other people and the world around them. In particular, they should learn to respect:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>their rights and the rights of others<\/li>\n<li>their freedoms and the freedoms of others<\/li>\n<li>their parents<\/li>\n<li>the identity, language and values of countries\u2014 including their own.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Education should prepare children and young people for a responsible life in a free society.
