Following the successful feedback of our inaugural Leaders of Pedagogues sessions, we are excited now to offer a second cohort of practitioners the opportunity to participate in the programme.\u00a0 The aim of this programme is to develop the leadership capacity of curricular Principal Teachers and Faculty Leaders as they work with their teams in departments\/across school which lead to improved outcomes for learners. This is about the development and application of skills in context.<\/p>\n

This programme would be a good support for PTs & Faculty leads in a\u00a0 range of situations: those who are newly appointed to their role; those who are very experienced and are looking for the next challenge; those who may require fresh inspiration and motivation etc.<\/p>\n
These sessions will take place virtually as twilight sessions.<\/p>\n
