Mental Elf 5k – UPDATE

Well done to everyone that ran/walked (on 2 legs or 4!) the 5k for Mental Elf this afternoon. The festive spirit is in abundance at Stranraer Academy.

We are pleased to announce that the school will be taking part in the Mental Elf’ Festive Fun Walk/Run 5km 2025 on Wednesday 17 December at 3.25 pm, taking place at the Stuart Binnie Arena/3G pitch.
Pupils and all staff are invited to walk, jog, or run the track.  Festive clothing, Santa hats or Elf headbands etc may be worn (actually they are encouraged!), and we hope to have the hats etc available for sale very soon.
This event is a wonderful opportunity for our school community to come together, get active, and help raise money for better mental health, with all funds being donated directly to NSPCC.
Thank you in advance for your support.

suggested donation of £1 can be brought in on the day, with all proceeds going directly to Save the Children. This will be collected by the Charities Committee at Tutor Time.
In addition, Santa hats will be available for sale during interval throughout this week for anyone who would like to add a little extra festive cheer.
