Book fair competitions

This year 0n the 24th march – 30th march the book fair will be coming for a week there will be lots of competitions to win and take part in to win a free book/stationary. P7 is super excited to run the book fair and we are running the competition and we have some competitions just like design a book cover , a raffle and much more fun . there is a fun activity for everyone through out the school . So you better be excited for the book fair .

Book fair coming soon!

The book fair is right around the corner!

All your favourite books are here and don’t forget the stationary too. So bring your money to buy things just for you!

The book fair will arrive on Thursday 23rd but will open on Friday 24th.

There are little events at the book fair such as competitions and a raffle.

Remember to bring your world book day voucher to get money off the books.

Go to the GP room to browse and buy books!

There is lots of books you will definitely find one just for you!

I bet you can’t wait!

Dumfries and District Dance Festival

Pupils from Primary Three and Primary Four took part in the Dumfries and District dance festival on Saturday 11th March. All of the children danced with enthusiasm and skill. The adjudicator commented on how well turned out and energetic the teams from St Ninian’s were. Each pupil received a Silver Accredited badge. Well done St Ninian’s.

Parental Satisfaction Survey

The Authority have once again launched the online Parental Satisfaction Survey. Parents and Carers are invited to share their views.

The  Parent Council has kindly agreed to offer support to parents/carers in completing this survey. Our ICT suite will be available for use every Thursday from 2.30pm, our Parent Council will be on hand too. Please share your views, they are important to us.

Lion came to St.Ninians

Did you know a Lion came to our school and he was really angry and it looked like he wanted to eat a cleaver teacher. Well Mr Lion never got the meal he wanted but he got a free school dinner and he eat more than 1 he eat a whole classes lunch. Well I have to go because this is going to blow up because he eat a chunk of this computer.

Wildlife in the playground

We have been learning how to work with a green screen in P7 this term. Paris and I made this green screen animation and it’s a herd of gazelles in our playground running about.        By Sophie and Paris

P.S Watch out for the gazelles in the playground they might bite !!!
