P2/3 had a sunny day at Hoddam where they participated in lots of activities to learn about lifecycles.
First we hunted in the woods for badger holes, then we spread some ash seeds from the bridge. Next we played a fox game to show us how animals can help spread seeds around on their fur!
After lunch we had great fun at the park. A few of us played crazy golf or dug in the sandpit.
Our final activity was the bee game. Each team had to find a different colour of flower and each member took a turn of being Queen Bee when they had found one.The red flowers won! the yellow and blue teams couldn’t find their last flower! Duncan went back after we left to look for them, he found the blue one but no sign of the yellow one!!!! An exhausting but interesting day. Well done P2/3!
