This will not work on D&amp;G devices from home.<\/li>\n<li>Use the \u2018phone in\u2019 option and take part as a conference call.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Allow the app to access your camera and microphone (you will have full control to switch this off\/on when in the app)<\/li>\n<li>To access the meeting room please\n<ul>\n<li>Type the unique Vscene room number <strong>xxxxxxx<\/strong> into the App, then your name (as you want it to appear in the meeting)<\/li>\n<li>Click on the link if accessing via a computer: Then add your name (as you want it to appear in the meeting)<\/li>\n<li>Call +44 (0)300 201 0142 then enter the extension room number <strong>xxxxxxx#<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The meeting room will only be available for the time of the meeting.
