{"id":1034,"date":"2022-03-29T08:35:35","date_gmt":"2022-03-29T07:35:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/dg\/sanquharacademy\/?p=1034"},"modified":"2022-03-29T08:35:35","modified_gmt":"2022-03-29T07:35:35","slug":"cash-for-kids-finale","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/dg\/sanquharacademy\/2022\/03\/29\/cash-for-kids-finale\/","title":{"rendered":"\u2018Cash for Kids\u2019 Finale!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>It is time to announce the <strong>grand finale<\/strong> of our West Sound Cash for Kids School\u2019s Challenge\u2026<\/p>\n<p>On <strong>Thursday 31st March<\/strong>, the seniors will be holding an activity day in which students can come in with their <strong>non-uniform<\/strong>. A donation of <strong>\u00a31<\/strong> will be accepted on behalf of our Cash for Kids Schools\u2019 Challenge, which we have been participating in for the past week.<\/p>\n<p>In the morning, seniors will come round classes and collect these donations. When doing this, we will also be asking volunteers to participate in a <strong>tug of war tournament<\/strong>! The volunteers will be split amongst two teams, in which the leader of one team will be Mr Hannah and the second team leader will be Mr Berry. This will take place during breaktime.
