Parents and family came together to celebrate our Scot’s poetry success in an open assembly this afternoon. \u00a0The children were challenged with producing their best handwriting, reciting aloud and creating accompanying artwork for the Scot’s poem they each were asked to learn. \u00a0There was a very high standard across each category. \u00a0Mrs Davidson, retired teacher, judged the worth winners. \u00a0Mrs Baillie was was proud to present the certificates to the children.<\/p>\n
The children entertained the audience with the winners reciting their poems. \u00a0Each class then performed a traditional Scottish song. \u00a0There was even audience participation to add to the fun!<\/p>\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
