A huge well done to Freya, Ella, Adam, Harry and Arran<\/strong> for their fantastic performance in the recent badminton competition! Each of them showed determination, teamwork and great sporting spirit throughout the event, representing our school with pride.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Their success links closely to important UNCRC Rights<\/strong>, including Article 29: the right to develop talents and abilities<\/em> and Article 31: the right to play and take part in sports and cultural activities<\/em>. By taking part in this competition, the pupils had the opportunity to grow their skills, challenge themselves and celebrate what they can achieve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The competition also supported several UN Global Goals<\/strong>, especially Goal 3: Good Health and Well-Being<\/em>, as the children stayed active and looked after their physical fitness, and Goal 4: Quality Education<\/em>, where sport contributes to confidence, resilience and personal growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Throughout their training and on the day of the event, all five pupils demonstrated key metaskills<\/strong>\u2014including focus, resilience, teamwork, self-management and problem-solving. These skills not only helped them succeed on the court but will support them in learning and in life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are incredibly proud of Freya, Ella, Adam, Harry and Arran<\/strong> for their achievements and the positive example they set. Well done, badminton stars! \ud83c\udf1f\ud83c\udff8<\/p>\n\n\n\n
