Information you need to share with DGC<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

Each year, Parent Councils are required to provide information and documentation to Dumfries and Galloway Council.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Annual submission<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

This should include details of Office Bearers – Chair, Vice Chair, Treasurer and Secretary, as well as a copy of your AGM minutes. For Officer Bearer updates please use the following link: Parent Council Data Check<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

End of Year Financial Statement<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Parent Councils should submit an End of Year Financial Statement Appendix A in relation to Dumfries and Galloway Council (DGC) funds only.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Parent Council can submit a proposal form for up to \u00a3300 per academic year – Appendix B if funds are needed for operational and\/or promotional activities for the Parent Council. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

These should be submitted to parentcarer@dumgal.gov.uk<\/a> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Constitution<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A copy of your Parent Council Constitution, signed by the Chair and dated, should be submitted if you have updated your Constitution from the last time you shared with DGC. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
