P2 really enjoyed their ‘Scots for Tots’ session at Dumfries Museum on 16th January. A big thank you to our parent helpers. It was quite a trek but the children never complained! #littlesoldiers

Nithsdale Primary Schools Sportshall Athletics Finals
Congratulations to the team for making the finals of the Nithsdale Primary Schools Sportshall Athletics on Wednesday 23rd January.
Synchronised Skating
Congratulations to the girls for more medal success at the British Synchronised Ice Skating Championships held in Nottingham last weekend.
Solway Eclipse won silver, Solway Lightning won bronze and Solway Comets won silver.
Nithsdale Cross Country and Parkrun
P7 – Curling
On January 18th 2019, P7 enjoyed developing their curling skills at the Ice Bowl. They had a great time. The staff told us that they were some of the best behaved pupils they had ever seen.
Skating Success
In a Synchronised Skating Competition held in Cardiff in December, 5 of our pupils had medal success.
Solway Comets – Eliza McCourtie ( vice captain) won gold.
Solway Lightning – Emily McCourtie, Eva Lake And Laura Chisholm won silver
Solway Eclipse – Emily McCourtie and Lucy Leuvennink won gold
