We have visiting tutors from Youth Music Initiative.We were listening to some songs played on the violin. We learned the names of the parts of the violin. We thought the most interesting fact was that the strings on the bow are real tail hairs from horses.

The clapping games were great fun. We were really good at remembering not to clap and repeat certain rhythms.

There was a group quiz at the end.

We cannot wait for the next sessions!
