Mindfulness Mentors
Hello,
We are mindfulness mentors. Our job is to find ways to help boys and girls feel happy and calm.
We have been testing out different ways to feel better. We have tried our best. We have done some mindfulness doodles, breathing exercises, colouring in, listening to sounds, saying what we are grateful for and smelling different things.
We want to make a mindfulness story with mindfulness activities for the other classes.
