The whole school from nursery to P7 got on a bus to travel to Wigtown Primary School so we could take part in World Book Day activities.  Everyone got to see and listen to an author called Mike Nicholson.  He shared and read from his books called My Granny Went To Scotland and Bought, the Museum Mystery Squad series and Catscape.  It was really interesting hearing how he comes up with all his ideas and where his inspiration comes from.  We also had a go at trying to create our own front covers of our favourite books.
