This week was A.I (Artificial Intelligence) Week.  P5-7 have enjoyed a series of online workshops including AI and Sustainability and Coding with Scratch to build a language translator and also train a Pokemon figure!

The children found out today in the AI and Sustainability workshop how many jobs there are in technology linked to sustainability.  They looked a how satellites and drones are using to track deforestation, how underwater cameras can help machine AI learn what is plastic and waste and what should stay in the water.  We discussed the variety of jobs the children would like to do in the future and found how AI and/or technology is used in almost all areas of the workplace today!
