We had a fabulous visit from the <\/span>Guid<\/span> Nychburris group at Heathhall School today which was enjoyed by the whole school, our nursery and visitors from Little Acorns nursery. <\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
We learned about the history of Guid Nychburris, pupils joined in and helped the Lynors to check out the boundaries, P1 joined in on their horses and a couple of teachers were asked to race the Lynors.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
The Cornet also announced success for some pupils at Heathhall School who took part in the Guid Nychburris handwriting competition. We received 3 highly commended certificates, 1 gold medal winner and we were delighted that one of our pupils won the John McQueen 50th anniversary trophy.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

The Cornet and Cornet’s lass also presented a gift to our attendant.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
