Meet Muddle!<\/p>\n
In Primary 1\/2 we use the Colour Monster stories and displays to help us understand and talk about our emotions. Muddle has joined our class as a worry monster. His feelings are all mixed up and he knows how that can make things feel difficult . We write or draw our worries and pop it in his mouth, the next day they are gone!<\/p>\n
We have a worry flow chart behind Muddle’s seat which we discuss in class.\u00a0Muddle has helped us talk about our worries and reminds us who can help us in school and at home.<\/p>\n
