Accessing CEET<\/strong><\/td>CEET Support Officers<\/strong><\/td>CEET Teachers<\/strong>   (RFA service Secondary only)  <\/td>CEET PT<\/strong><\/td><\/tr>
HT contact CEET PT Alison.Gold@dumgal.gov.uk<\/a> when a Currently Looked After pupil joins school -initial consultation with PT (discuss transition, any concerns etc)   Care Experienced Designated Manager can call CEET PT for informal consultation (advice on educational and pastoral support)   Please refer to Stages of Intervention Framework prior to considering RFA<\/strong>   Care Experienced Designated Manager \/PTPS complete RFA for CEET Support Worker (HWB\/Pastoral support, engagement with school or support to deliver school planned or CEET teacher intervention)   Care Experienced Designated Manager complete RFA for CEET Teacher when additional support with L&N is required beyond universal and ASL support  <\/td>HT\/Designated Manager can contact our Lead Support Officer Nicola.McCulloch@dumgal.gov.uk<\/a> to consult on any new or current RFAs for pastoral support       HWB\/pastoral support, engagement with pupil, school & parent\/carer         Able to support pupils at transition points if concerned     Agree timeline for support with Lead Support Officer     Attend Child\u2019s Plan, LAC Review meetings & Children\u2019s Hearings where possible     Complete report for Child\u2019s Plan and LAC Review meetings & Children\u2019s Hearings     Tracking & monitoring paperwork\/feedback       Raise any concerns with Lead Support Officer or PT  <\/td>Plan and deliver Literacy & Numeracy for pupils requiring additional support to raise attainment     Liaise with school teaching staff to plan and deliver additional Literacy & Numeracy teaching.     Following review of school assessments, assess and measure progress pre and post L&N interventions.   Agree timeline for support with CEET PT     Attend Child\u2019s Plan, LAC Review meetings & Children\u2019s Hearings where possible       Complete report for Child\u2019s Plan, LAC Review meetings & Children\u2019s Hearings     Raise any concerns with CEET PT  <\/td>Liaise with Care Experienced Designated Manager at point of enrolment and able to consult during the school term re any concerns for pupils     Determine appropriate support following RFA request with individual Care-Experienced staff     Respond to author of RFA to discuss outcome     Facilitate introductions between Designated Manager & CE staff member to ensure all key adults work together for pupil     Regular Progress & Achievement Meetings with CEET Teachers for pupils not attending school     Attend initial and high priority CP\/LAC review meetings & Children\u2019s Hearings     Liaise and co-ordinate support with Inclusion PT for pupils not attending school\/returning to school   Review and monitor Pupil Check In Reports (termly)  <\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
