Wellbeing Champions

Dumfries and Galloway Council is committed to supporting employee health and wellbeing. We have trained Wellbeing Champions in all directorates who are available to listen, in confidence, to anyone that needs to talk and are a point of contact for any employee who may be experiencing a mental health issue or emotional distress. They can also signpost people to relevant support and useful resources.
