Period Products (Free Provision)
The Period Products (Free Provision) (Scotland) Act 2021 (“the Act”) ensures that everyone in Scotland who menstruates can have reasonably convenient access to period products, free of charge, as and when required. The Act requires responsible bodies to meet their duties by
establishing and maintaining arrangements for making period products obtainable for free.
