Children’s Rights
The United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC) (Scotland) Act 2024 was enacted on 16 July 2024. The act will ensure that children’s rights are respected and protected in Scotland. Everyone who provide services on behalf of a public body must comply with the legislation.
