Our Children&#8217;s Services Plan sets out how we will achieve these priorities.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Our Local Priorities<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In Dumfries and Galloway our partnership is prioritising<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Early intervention \u2013 by identifying needs and providing support at the earliest opportunity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Improving outcomes for children and young people most in need of support.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Meaningful engagement with, and involvement of children and young people.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>To deliver these priorities, we have workstreams that are focusing on:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>How we support children and young people who are disabled and have complex care needs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>How we look after our children and young people who are in care.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>How we support children and young people&#8217;s mental health.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>How we tackle child poverty in Dumfries and Galloway.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>How we provide early help and support to families.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>You can find our Children&#8217;s Services Plan on our Council webpage.
