What is the Parent Council for?
– To represent the views of the parents at the school
– Support the work of the school
– Organise social and fundraising events
– Promote contact between all parents and the rest of the school community
– Discuss any issue that is of interest to parents
Past fundraising events include: Hallowe’en, Easter and Spring Disco’s, Christmas Fayre, Movie Nights, BBQ and Family Fun Nights
Other activities over the last few years: 14 Days of Christmas Prize Draw, Funding towards a new sensory room for the Queensberry Learning Centre, provided science kits for each year group and purchased much needed new gym equipment.
