Staff should consider both the context of the behaviour and the impact on those involved.\n<\/p><\/div>\n<h2 style=\"color:#2f6f73;border-bottom:2px solid #2f6f73;padding-bottom:6px\">\n  Considering Patterns of Behaviour<br \/>\n<\/h2>\n<p style=\"font-size:18px;line-height:1.8\">\n  A single incident should be taken seriously.
