The toolkit is split into four sections which are of equal importance. You may wish to carry out your self evaluation journey one step at a time or carry out the whole exercise holistically. Whichever way you choose however, it is vital when deciding on a response to questions that you consider the validity and reliability of the evidence base for your decision.<\/p>\n<p>Thanks are extended to colleagues from Forth Valley and West Lothian RIC who produced this toolkit.
