Before the Christmas holidays, children in P5 and 6 had been extending their vocabulary, in French, so that they could ask for food and drink, politely, in a French café. Today we used the language we have been learning to make and take orders for food in our very own café, in the classroom! Everyone had the opportunity to be a waiter/waitress and a customer.

Different French foods were sampled and at the end of the session, we gave our opinions, once again, in French, about how we felt about the different flavours.
