Our words and actions can affect a persons mental health and wellbeing. I know we have lots of kind boys and girls at Dalbeattie Primary and I would like you to share with your class teacher, Mrs Howie or Mrs Duncan an act of Kindness that you have shown this week.<\/p>\n<p>I have attached some\u00a0 ideas that might help you to complete this challenge. Please send photos to you class teacher, Mrs Howie or Mrs Duncan.
