Polygon Restaurant

P4-7 have been showcasing their creativity and ingenuity by giving our polygons a new purpose.

This week, moving on from looking at 3D shapes, their nets and properties, the children have been using the resource to build their very own in class restaurant. As part of this child led play the class have developed and modelled the different roles- receptionist, waiter,  chef, manager, customer- created props, adjusted the space to suit the correct atmosphere (music/lightening) and even offered one another peer reviews for the service. Recommendations for the pumpkin platter and the refill drinks station is highly efficient.
