This term P4-7 have been reading Charlotte’s Web by EB White for their class book study. Our book study has inspired this terms art work where the class created an eye-catching wall display showcasing their Wilbur art and spider webs like the ones Charlotte (who is a trapper spider) makes. We have been writing character profiles and gathering adjectives to describe each of the different book characters. The children have also designed and created a pigsty fit for a humble piglet, written some predictions about how they think Charlotte might save Wilbur from becoming Christmas dinner and have created wonderful fact files to answer all of their burning questions about spiders.
