If a child or young person has issues that are affecting their wellbeing<\/a>, they can be offered help.\u00a0 A Child\u2019s Plan is a way of recording what needs to happen to help the child, and who will do this, and when they will do it.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Child\u2019s Plan is agreed with the parent\/carer and the child or young person.  You and your child should be fully involved in agreeing the actions in the plan. Your child has a right to be involved and to have their views listened to and taken seriously.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
