family or carers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>they know they are trusted and feel like they belong<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>they have someone to turn to when they feel upset<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>they have a <strong>routine <\/strong>every day for eating, sleeping and looking after themselves \u2013 things like keeping clean and brushing teeth<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns they feel that they belong<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>where they can trust people<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>they are always looked after by adults who can care for them properly<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>they get
