Support provided:

The Let’s Get Employed programme offers care-experienced young people personalised support to build confidence, develop life and work skills, and take steps toward employment. We provide one-to-one mentoring, CV and interview support, work placements, accredited training, and ongoing help even after they get a job. Our goal is to help them feel ready, supported, and excited for their future.
