Who the service is aimed at: 

Alternative Routes #CashBack supports young people aged 10 – 25 and their families most at risk of being involved in antisocial behaviour, offending or reoffending. It is delivered in the Dumfries, Annan and Stranraer communities most affected by crime.

Support provided: 

We use a whole family, whole community, whole system approach – improving confidence and providing young people with opportunities to connect, flourish and achieve at home, at school, and in the community.

We provide:

  • Connection through proactive engagement, building trusting relationships with young people and offering diversionary activities through Aberlour’s existing network of community hubs (Dumfries/ Annan/ Stranraer).

10-25 years

Identified postcodes in SMD areas of Dumfries , Annan , Stranraer areas

Can an individual access the service directly, or do they need to be referred to it by another service?

No, there has to be a professional referral.
