Who the service is aimed at:
Our service is available to all children, young people and families.
Support provided:
Early intervention, prevention and outreach work with children and their families
- Social isolation
- Crisis work
- Community groups, including arts and crafts, games nights, baby massage, baby and toddler groups.
- School holiday activities programme
- Support Out Of Hours Social Work Service
- Theraplay
- Sensory room available which is free for families and agencies to book.

How to make a referral:
Contact Family Hub initially by phone, or email or by visiting the office. A self-referral form can then be completed. Services can send a Request for Assistance Form.
