wellbeing.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Tracking and monitoring systems should be:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Child-centred: Focused on individual needs, strengths and aspirations<\/li>\n<li>Holistic: Reflecting attainment, attendance, participation and wellbeing (SHANARRI)<\/li>\n<li>Timely and responsive: Enabling early identification of concerns and prompt intervention<\/li>\n<li>Proportionate and sensitive: Avoiding unnecessary labelling or stigma<\/li>\n<li>Integrated: Aligned with GIRFEC processes and multi-agency planning<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Identification and
