Microsoft Immersive Reader

Immersive Reader is a reading support tool integrated into several Microsoft programs, including Word, OneNote, PowerPoint and Teams. It provides a customisable reading experience designed to improve comprehension, particularly for individuals with learning difficulties like dyslexia. Features include text-to-speech, line focus, picture dictionary, and adjustable font sizes and spacing.

Microsoft Dictate

Microsoft Dictate is a speech recognition feature available in Microsoft 365 and Windows 10/11 that allows users to dictate text into applications like Word, OneNote, Outlook, and PowerPoint. It converts spoken words into typed text, enabling users to create documents and more with their voice.

Reader mode in Edge browser

In Microsoft Edge, Reader Mode, also known as Immersive Reader, is a feature that simplifies web pages for easier reading by removing distractions and providing customizable text and visual settings. It allows users to focus on the core text content and adjust font size, themes, and other features to improve readability.
