One wednesday 6th of November the whole school went to see the Lion King at Edinburgh playhouse. I didn’t enjoy the journey there but when we got to the playhouse it was amazing all the characters spoke clearly and were so confident. It was a memory that i will always treasure.I likes the fact that i could look at my character and get hints.

On a cold Wednesday morning I woke up early and went to school at 8:45. We went to see the lion king the musical at Edinburgh showhouse. First we stopped at Abington for lunch and then we headed to Edinburgh showhouse and when we got there we had to wait half an hour but it was worth it. I was tired on the bus home although it was awesome.

I was at the lion king ! It was the best show I’ve seen in my life. The animals were great. I loved the elephant and the rhino. It was magical. Timone and Pumba were very very funny. Especially Pumba.S imba was two people and so was Nala. The ostrich were very relilistic and colourful. Scar was funny, Zazu was scottish.

The Lion King
I woke up in the morning very excitedly. I got dressed very quickly, and got to school in time for the bus. On the way to The Lion King on the bus me and Ben were doing crosswords and wordsearches. I brought crosswords and wordsearch books because I thought it might be nice for me and Ben. It was a gorgeous veiw out the window. You could see for miles and miles. We stopped at Abbingtown to go to the toilet and to have our lunch. As soon as we got to Edinburagh we got seated in the theatre. We got to sit on the balcony it was amazing!
At the beggining of the show there was HUGE! elephant. It was big and grey. The show was amazing there was special effects and everything! I loved it when this animal said “and boy he is uuuggly (ugly.) When it was finished a lady said to us that we were part of history because it was the first time they had played in scotland.

The Lion King, Edinburgh
On Wednesday, The Whole School took a trip to Edinburgh to The Lion King. We got on the Bus at School at 8.45am and We arrived at Edinburgh at about 2.00pm. We got checked in and we sat in our seats, Then the show started at 2.30pm. The costumes were amazing, It was egsacly like the Movie, But better! For little Simba, a boy about our age was playing it, and Little Nala was played by a girl, about our age as well. They had lots of really cool shadow effects that made it 10 times better and My favourite Character was definetly The Giraffes, because it was people walking on stilts and they has a huge Giraffe neck on their heads. The Lion King was an amazing play and its my favourite play Ive wached so far!
