This is a picture of me and Katie on the 3G swing and it was one of my favourite activities.  3G means 3rd generation if you didn’t know.  My favourite activities were all of the high rope activities.  Kingswwod is going to be one of the best experiences of my life and i would love to go back.  I really liked kingswood because it helped me get over my fear of hights.  Our instructers name was Chris and he was very and encoureged us on the thigs that we wern’t confident on.

The best activity was the 3G swing. You had to go with partners for the 3G swing so I went with John. But before we went on we had to get safty ropes on us and we put on a harness on. But when we were strapped in the waste down was haning but it wasn’t sore but thenare group stared pulling us up with rope and when we got to the top which was about 6 meters high and it went really fast but I was sceming my head off but it was reallyfun and we went back and forward untill it stoped it was so fun.

The best activity at Kingswood was the 3G swing.  So me and my partner put a harness and a helmet on and then went to get strapped in. when we were strapped in the rest of our group pulled us up to the top then they let go.  Then the instructor and the group shouted 123G then we droped I was screeming but it was really fun.

I really enjoyed Kingswood but the best activity was the 3G swing.                                     By John

Kingswood was what I dreamed it would be and much much MORE!!! I hope we can apply to real life skills and problems. My Favourite of the whole week was the 3G Swing it was so much fun as I pulled the rope we droped into mid-air. I will remember Kingswood for the rest of my life and live it over again and again and again.

I went on the 3g swig with Mrs mcCann. I got very nervouis beacase it was very high. When I got to the top I started to get Butter flies we were up for about a minuite and then Mrs cCann puled the rope.  I got a very big fright .  When we went down we got tummy tumbles but it was a good view. I loved it. I was very happy I reached my target to the very top it was good beucase we saved best till last .After the 3 g swing we got lunch I had pasta and chips but sadly after lunch we had to set off to go home. I liked our instructor his name was Chris and on the wey home the was a car crash in there traffic and we were stuck in traffic for about an hour when I got home I gave mum a big hug and I had an amazing time     BY IAIN PROUDFOOT

My favourite thing about kingswood was when we did the 3g swing.I was so excited  and i could not wait the good thing was it was our last activity and the 3g swing is the best , I went on the 3g swing with James we were the first and we didn’ t  see the other group do it . We got straped in and then the rest of our group when we got to the top the rest of the group shouted 3 2 1 g , then i pulled the red string and me and James went flying in the air thats why it was the best activty.
