Primary 4 were Responsible Citizens this morning, making use of their local library to enhance their learning about non-fiction and learning how to return books very carefully to their correct place.\u00a0 They heard all about The Dewey Decimal System,the classification system used in libraries,to order books by subject.\u00a0 They then did some challenges finding information from the non-fiction book of their choice and cracking a fun code using Dewey Decimal numbers to find the missing words. Bibi loved\u00a0finding a book on Anne Frank as she was that character at World Book Day last week and David loved the Science books as Science is one of his favourite subjects!\u00a0 The lovely librarians would be sure to have us back as everyone was so well-behaved and hard-working. It was a super morning for us all.<\/p>\n
