“To develop transition links within the local community, Primary 1-4 at Leswalt and their teacher Mrs Mc Knight invited Leswalt Little Acorn toddler group into the school for a fun structured play session.

Zoolab in p5-7
The senior pupils also enjoyed a visit from Zoolab, where the focus was on Nocturnal animals and how animals have adapted to suit their environment.
Zoolab in P1-4
Today Primary 1-4 had visitors from Zoolab and they spoke to the younger pupils about how the animals had adapted their senses to the environment. Â This linked in with the topic of “My Senses”. Â The boys and girls enjoyed handling some of the animals in class.
