Hi everyone- Miss Pattie and P2-4 here!<\/p>\n

We are going to tell you a bit about what we have been doing for maths and our IDL topic about Religious Festivals.<\/p>\n

In Maths we have been learning how to give directions using words like- half turn, quarter turn, clockwise and anti-clockwise. We set up obstacle courses for the Bee-Bots then programmed them. We made times table board games which we directed a Lego person through. We have also been learning about right angles. We made right angle checkers and hunted for right angles in the classroom and playground.<\/p>\n

In IDL, we learnt the story of Rama and Sita and about Diwali. We used our storytelling method to learn the story. We stepped out the story, drew it and retold it. We used clay to make Diva lamps.<\/p>\n

We also went through to P5-7, they shared their World Religion projects with us.<\/p>\n
