This week we started a new topic about living things. we talked about \u00a0classification (this means grouping) we sorted our selves into \u00a0groups by eye colour, age, attached ear lobes \u00a0and tongue rolling.<\/p>\n

we also looked at variables (this means differences)<\/p>\n
we are undertaking\u00a0seed growing experiments with variables such as\u00a0 light\/dark,\u00a0wet\/dry, hot\/cold, soil\/no soil, fertilizer\/non-fertilizer.<\/p>\n
I chose my variable as wet\/dry.<\/p>\n
I used two\u00a0paper towels placed 20 seeds on each<\/p>\n
I collected 25\u00a0mls of water for\u00a0one \u00a0towel.<\/p>\n
I used fertilizer on both towels.<\/p>\n
I predict that the towel that is wet towel will grow.<\/p>\n
