This will be the amount that you <em><strong>separate<\/strong><\/em>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #800000\">Then, take the <em><strong>stones<\/strong><\/em> out of the <em><strong>cup<\/strong><\/em> and place it into a<em><strong> clean, dry container.\u00a0<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #800000\">\u00a0Now, <em><strong>pour<\/strong> <\/em>your remaining <em><strong>mixture<\/strong><\/em> into the <em><strong>sieve<\/strong><\/em> and shake well above another <em><strong>container<\/strong><\/em> until all of the <em><strong>sand<\/strong> <\/em>has fallen out of the <em><strong>sieve.<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #800000\"><em><strong>Rinse<\/strong><\/em> the <em><strong>rice<\/strong><\/em> under a<em><strong> cold<\/strong> <\/em>tap (whilst it is still in the <em><strong>sieve<\/strong><\/em>) until any bits of<em><strong> dirt<\/strong> <strong>remaining<\/strong><\/em> from the<em><strong> sand<\/strong><\/em> has been <em><strong>washed<\/strong><\/em> out.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #800000\">After you have <em><strong>rinsed<\/strong><\/em> the<em><strong> rice,<\/strong><\/em> our it into\u00a0 one of your other <em><strong>containers.<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #800000\">Now, run fill a container with <em><strong>warm<\/strong><\/em> water. <em><strong>Pour<\/strong><\/em> the <em><strong>sand<\/strong> <\/em>into the water. The\u00a0<em><strong>salt<\/strong><\/em> will have <em><strong>dissolved <\/strong><\/em>into the water, leaving the sand to sink into the bottom.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #800000\">Use the<em><strong> pipette<\/strong><\/em> to carefully <em><strong>remove<\/strong><\/em> the water into a separate <em><strong>container <\/strong><\/em>, leaving the <em><strong>sand<\/strong><\/em> in the bottom of the first <em><strong>container<\/strong><\/em>. Repeat these steps until the <em><strong>water is clear.<\/strong><\/em> (the <em><strong>sand<\/strong><\/em> will\u00a0 <em><strong>stain the water<\/strong><\/em> as well as <em><strong>float<\/strong> <\/em>around, so you have to make sure the <em><strong>water is clear<\/strong><\/em> otherwise the next step <em><strong>will not work.<\/strong><\/em><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>) <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #800000\">Penultimately,\u00a0<em><strong> boil<\/strong> <\/em>the <em><strong>salt<\/strong><\/em> water until all of the<em><strong> water<\/strong><\/em> has <em><strong>evaporated<\/strong><\/em>. <em><strong>Scrape<\/strong><\/em> the <em><strong>salt<\/strong><\/em> off of the inside of the <em><strong>pan<\/strong><\/em> and pour it into the <em><strong>container.\u00a0 <\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #800000\">Finally, empty the sand into the last container.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 There!
