Mark was my home teacher today as Mum had an operation. She’s home now and said I can bake bread tomorrow and we can all\u00a0 go for a country walk to look at the changes in the season. I had a call with Feis Rois today. I also had some maths and spelling. In literacy I had to make a poem about an unusual pet and to be as imaginative as I fancied. Here it is:<\/p>\n
Once, there was a pie,<\/p>\n
Its smell made you die.<\/p>\n
Because it was no apple pie.<\/p>\n
It was a fly.<\/p>\n
It had never bathed, sly.<\/p>\n
He is my pet,<\/p>\n
He says his name is Kev.<\/p>\n
We ran through the streets,<\/p>\n
And fell in feet.<\/p>\n
They smelled like peat.<\/p>\n
We both drowned,<\/p>\n
But we made it loud.<\/p>\n
